Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team.
If you have:
A warm and outgoing personality that puts patients at ease.
Previous dental office experience and a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Impeccable phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones with a smile and managing patient inquiries.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Verifying insurance information and processing payments.
Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy.
Assisting with office administrative tasks.
Creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients.
