Deputy COE :
The candidate should have through experience of handling all pre and post examination responsibilities and should have handled large scale examination operations at UG & PG level in the university or college.

Experience:
Min 2 Years to 8 Years
Qualification & Experience
· Master’s degree with 55% in Education, Administration, or a related field.
· Min 9 Years of Experience as Assistant Professor with experience in handling examinations OR 5 Years of Administrative experience at the level of Assistant COE.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of examination rules, regulations, and academic systems.
Age :
Preferably between 40 to 45 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To organize and administer the examination related functions of the University.
Make necessary arrangements for conduct of examinations and tests of the university and timely declaration of the results
Responsible for appointment of Paper Setters, Examiners and Moderators.
Prepare and announce in advance the calendar of examinations.
Arranging and monitoring printing of question papers.
Assessment of the performance of the candidates in the examinations and processing of results, also Responsible for timely publication of results of examinations and other tests
To take disciplinary action wherever necessary against the candidates, paper setters, examiners, moderators or any other persons connected with examinations and found guilty of malpractices any relation to the examinations.
Ensuring confidentiality and strict discipline with regards to question paper and results in the COE department.
