Position: Design Assistant/ Office Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Design Assistant/Office Assistant located in San Diego, CA. The role involves managing the office workflow, communicating with clients and vendors, assisting with design projects, and creating invoices and proposals.

Saturdays 9AM-1PM are required.

Weekdays are flexible / depends on schedule.

Tasks:

Organizing and filing paperwork

Conducting design consultations with clients

Managing the list of incoming, current, and outgoing orders

Writing quotes and invoices for clients

Communicating with clients via email, phone, and text

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Administrative Assistance skills

Office Equipment and Clerical Skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Experience in a design role is a plus
