The Worcester Art Museum is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Development Operations Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes work
that sustains our fundraising and membership efforts. This role is well
suited to someone who enjoys administrative work, takes pride in
accuracy, and feels comfortable managing multiple requests in a

track of details while responding thoughtfully to requests from
colleagues. They value clear communication, discretion, and consistency,
especially when handling donor and member information. This is a
full-time, on-site position based at the Worcester Art Museum and offers
an opportunity to build specialized skills in nonprofit development
operations while contributing to an institution dedicated to connecting
people, cultures, and communities through the experience of art. Key
