About us
We are looking for an organized and motivated Data Management Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations; creating spreadsheets as required by client portals; importing and exporting data of required formats; generating, modifying and managing company’s digital assets; updating data in our proprietary system and client portal; and managing company’s advertising. The ideal candidate will have proficient Excel skills, experience with photo editing and online advertising, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and eager to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Generate spreadsheets in required formats.
Import spreadsheets to client portal.
Maintain data accuracy in client portal.
Manage data in our proprietary system as needed.
Manage online advertising.
Manage new product photo-shooting process.
Work with remote photo studios.
Able to learn basic photo editing skills.
Able to learn video editing skills when needed.
Perform tasks within time limits.
Assist with daily operational tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
