Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and process improvement in alignment with University Health’s mission and vision.
Serve as a critical liaison among academic, clinical, and operational stakeholders including clinic leadership, faculty, and hospital executives.
Ensure ongoing compliance with TJC, NCQA, CMS, Missouri State regulations, ACGME, and LCME standards.
Coordinate credentialing, privileging, policy development, budget oversight, and contract administration.
Partner with residency and fellowship program leaders to support the full spectrum of GME programming.
Influence faculty development and staffing strategies, working closely with the Department Chair on faculty productivity, evaluations, and hiring.
Advance CME initiatives and foster an environment of continuous professional learning.
