Director of Finance Operations – Lead, Strategize, and Drive Results at Compex

We’re looking for a results-driven Director of Finance Operations to lead our collections and cash application functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial success.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and streamline cash application
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including offshore resources (3-5 direct reports)
Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and team development
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth operations
Analyze key metrics and provide insights to senior leadership
Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
Collaborate with the Director of Billing to resolve disputes and improve billing processes
Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in collections or credit management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience managing and developing teams
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
NetSuite experience highly preferred
