Responsibilities:
As the Director of Financial Services and Human Resources, you will:
Oversee all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, etc.
Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission and goals of Bridgewater Park Assisted Living.
Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of professionals.
Qualifications:
Business Office Director Qualifications
Candidates must possess specific educational and experience requirements such as:
Business Office Director Experience in an Assisted Living or SNF Required
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Ten key calculator and keyboarding.
Must possess knowledge of accepted accounting practices required.
Must have a thorough understanding of the principles Business Office policies/procedures.
Must have a thorough understanding of Human Resources and Labor regulations/procedures.
Must possess interpersonal skills and a willingness to help others.
