Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Develop and execute employee training and development programs
Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage HR data and ensure accuracy of employee records
Act as a strategic business partner to senior management
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to all levels of the organization
bilingual ability are a plus
Able to develop ADP payroll and HR systems from the ground up
Comfortable in a multilingual, multicultural work environment
Experience
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
Experience in employee evaluation processes and performance management.
Familiarity with payroll systems and workers’ compensation regulations.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
