Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
Experience in the architecture, engineering, or design industry highly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and champion HR initiatives that support the growth and well-being of employees
Bring deep HR expertise, ideally within a creative or architecture-focused environment
Develop and refresh HR programs to reflect the latest best practices and evolving industry standards
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders at all levels to design and deliver effective HR solutions
Foster a culture of trust and collaboration, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, providing calm and thoughtful guidance to managers and teams
Use your business sense and HR acumen to shape policies and programs that support both people and the organization
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of ADP and Deltek Vision is a plus
Conduct annual reviews and recommend improvements to policies and practices that keep people at the center
Stay informed about employment legislation and trends, ensuring compliance and advocating for best practices
Communicate changes in personnel policies in a way that’s clear, supportive, and fosters understanding
Guide executive management through the annual review process with empathy and attention to detail
Be a resource and partner to department managers, helping them support their teams
Take part in committees and special projects, always looking for ways to support the people and culture of the firm
This opportunity is located in New York City with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
