What We Need:
An experienced self-motivated individual with a background knowledge of residential design and construction and experience managing people, documenting workflows and standard operating procedures, experience in designing employee trainings and overall human resource processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Must be knowledgeable of standard Human Resource processes and procedures and required documentation.
Must be knowledgeable of and keep current on state and federal labor laws.
Residential Construction and Design knowledge a plus
Create and Manage New and Current Employee Training Programs
Create and Keep Current Employee Workflows, Standard Operating Procedures, and Policy and Procedure Employee Handbooks
Manage New Employee Hiring and Onboarding
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Coordinate Employee Evaluation and Performance Improvement Processes
Manage Employee Benefits and Teambuilding Activities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
