Location: Québec

We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Job Type: Remote (open across Canada)

Responsibilities:

Review external communications to ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality protocols

Identify and address discrepancies; provide feedback to case managers and team leads

Track and document trends in communications for process improvement

Manage group email inbox efficiently and meet turnaround targets

Support administrative tasks such as processing invoices, sending tool referrals, and other case-related communications

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting

Bilingual in English and French

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, adaptable, and able to manage conflicting deadlines

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Post-secondary education required

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in disability management or group benefits

Background in a health-related or administrative field
