Due to the rapid change in the world economy most of the companies are struggling to meet up with their sales. Therefore, a large percentage of companies are downsizing and collapsing. Therefore, they are constantly looking for various methods to reduce the risk of their distribution process.
We are the one percent club, an association of entrepreneurs who are tied up with multiple e-commerce partners and we are in the business of helping small, medium, and large-scale companies to optimize the risk of their distribution process with our decades of experiences.
At the present we have several risk optimization projects of medium and large-scale companies such as Sharp, HP, Kent, JVC, Britol, MyHomePlus, Olik, Banago, SMC, FantasTeak, Prikka, and we are looking for few qualified candidates for our projects.
Role Description
The Distribution Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the efficient distribution of study materials and resources to UPSC aspirants. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital and physical inventory, coordinating dispatch schedules, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to members and partner networks. The role involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with mentors and administrative teams to forecast resource needs, and resolving distribution-related issues promptly. The Distribution Specialist will also communicate with members, provide updates on material availability, and suggest improvements to distribution processes for better reach and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong Distribution and Inventory Control skills to manage resource flow and stock levels effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support members and address queries professionally.
- Basic Sales skills to promote relevant courses, materials, or membership opportunities when needed.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory or order-tracking tools, and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in distribution, logistics, or operations coordination is preferred.
- Understanding of UPSC preparation materials or the education sector is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field.
- Without over 10 years of working experience in distribution or any related roles
