Document Control Administrator – Daily rate contract

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Dublin City Centre

My client based in Dublin City Centre is currently seeking a Document Control Administrator to support a major document relocation and records management project within a highly regulated financial services environment

This role will focus on the secure handling, tracking, organisation, and transfer of sensitive business records. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates from administration, operations, logistics, records management, document control, or similar

Onsite: 5 days per week

Working hours: 7am – 3:30pm / Mon – Fri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve document files and records from designated storage locations within a secure records environment.
  • Accurately count, verify, and record document inventories in line with established procedures.
  • Pack, organise, and prepare files and records for secure transportation and storage.
  • Apply security seals, labels, and tracking information to maintain full chain-of-custody compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs, tracking records, and transfer documentation.
  • Support document reconciliation activities to ensure all records are accounted for throughout the relocation process.
  • Adhere to all security, confidentiality, and operational procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with project team members to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Escalate discrepancies, damaged records, missing documentation, or inventory issues where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documented procedures
  • .Good organisational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable working within a secure and regulated environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Previous experience within administration, document control, records management, inventory management, logistics, warehouse administration, or operations support would be beneficial but is not essential.
