Document Control Assistant Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Ghobash Group
Maintain records of monthly payment applications, payment certifications & invoices. Update monthly payment logs (payment applications, certifications & invoicing). Track the payment applications, certificates & invoices, and notify on the submissions that are due. Maintain records of variation & claim submissions update logs. Assist Sr. Quantity Surveyor and Sr. Project Engineers in collecting information from the project managers for monthly reports.
Maintain
up-to-date
project records including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports. Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and stored in an organized manner for future reference. Communicate with internal teams including procurement, project control (planning & QS), HR, and finance to support operational requirements. Provide administrative assistance to the Project Managers, Head of Projects, and team on documentation and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Â Additional Information:

Fresh graduate or 0-2 years experience. Â Skills and General Attributes:
