Our Renewable Energy client is looking at hiring a Document Control Specialist for all documents on our projects. The individual will help the projects from its infancy (DBM/FEED) to completion (Turn-over).

This individual should be able to manage large-scale digital archives, implement compliant document retention policies and ensure quick access to critical information. Knowledge and working with Sharepoint and Aconex is preferable.

The role will be a 6 to 12 month contract with possibility of extension.

– 5+ Years of Document Control Experience on Heavy Industrial projects, working for Owner or EPC companies

– Strong preference for candidates with Sharepoint and Aconex experience
