Job Summary

As a Document Controller at Hitachi you will play a critical role in managingmaintaining and organizing all project documentation. You willensure that documents are easily accessible accurately maintainedand comply with company and regulatory standards. This positionrequires strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management

:

Organizemanage and track all incoming and outgoingdocuments.

Ensure documents arecorrectly labeled indexed and stored according to companypolicies.

Complianceand Standards:

Maintaindocumentation in compliance with Hitachi s standards and industryregulations.

Ensure version controland secure distribution of documents to authorizedpersonnel.

Coordination:

Liaisewith project managers engineers and other teams to ensuredocumentation is uptodate andaccessible.

Coordinate with externalvendors and clients for document submissions andapprovals.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Maintaindocument databases and generate periodic statusreports.

Identify discrepancies andescalate issues to the appropriateteams.

Process Improvement

:

Suggestand implement improvements to document managementsystems.

Stay updated with newdocument control technologies and recommendupgrades.

Requirements Qualificationsand Skills :

Education:

Diploma or degree in business administration information managementor a relatedfield.

Experience:

Minimum of Insert Years years in document control preferably in anengineering construction or industrialenvironment.

Technical

Skills:

Proficient in document controlsoftware (e.g. Aconex SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with ISOstandards and complianceprocesses.

Soft Skills:

Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
