Overview:
Document Management Associate I
Responsible for sorting, distributing, scanning and indexing business office documents (mail) for electronic storage, retrieval, and processing through workflows. Able to work in a very busy office environment with a high degree of organizational skills required. Strong focus on productivity maximization.
Ability to operate basic office equipment in a fast-paced environment. Effective organizational skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, questioning attitude, willingness to collaborate with leadership and other team members to continuously improve processes.
This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday from 8-430pm located at Independence office, Virginia Beach, Virginia
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- On Site location, must be able to work in office M-F during set office schedule
- 1 year of Clerical experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred ( EPIC, OnBase previous experience helpful)
- Good attention to detail
- Good Organizational and Prioritization skills
