Job Description:
- Work closely with immigration specialists and other team members to deliver comprehensive mobility solutions, which include handling administrative tasks, immigration document review, logistics arrangement, document storing, etc.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations in Malaysia to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
- Communicate effectively with authorities, clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of mobility cases.
- Implement and manage a risk check process to identify and assess potential compliance risks, ensuring all necessary safeguards are in place.
- Have a clear overview on ongoing cases and manage escalations timely and professionally
- Assist in preparing reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing the status of expatriate assignments and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of mobility processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Billing to client and other Deloitte member firms for mobility cases completed.
- Review of emails, paperwork prepared by junior staffs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Degree in Business Administration who are keen to explore immigration as a long-term career.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy.
- Able to work with tight datelines and good time management skills.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to demonstrate familiarity using Microsoft Office applications.
