Dynamic Beauty Supplies distribution company based in Fountain Valley, CA, is rapidly expanding and seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.
Applicants: Must have ecommerce/marketplace professional work experience. Please do not apply if you are not able to work on-site in a warehouse/office environment and be punctual. No remote work is available. Must submit relevant work history. This is not a temporary job.
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Must be flexible with daily tasks/assignments/projects as priorities change.
· Physical requirements: occasionally may need to lift up to 20 lbs.
· Coachable with a strong willingness to learn the E-commerce world.
· Positive attitude and outlook.
· Must be a team player.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer related tasks – messages, emails, disputes, returns, etc.
· Assist the Ecommerce Manager with entry-level, basic product description and photos for listings. No editing skills or advanced online skills needed.
· Data entry and clerical office work as needed.
Experience & Education:
· 2+ years preferred of ecommerce or marketplace platform experience.
· 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Starting pay is $21-24 per hour, depending on experience.
Work hours: Weekdays, Day Shift Hours
