Responsibilities
- Sorting and managing content and materials
- Coordinating with multiple team mates for various catalog change activities on e-commerce sites
- Update database on marketing material
- Upload MS Excel files for price and inventory
- Update inventory on e-commerce site
- Make corrections to product catalogue
- Screening online advertisements for input from team members
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Filling out data in MS Excel and Ecommerce websites
- Create and update records and databases
- Track stocks of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
- Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $17.25-$22.00 per hour
