Role Description The E-commerce Hotel role at Hotel Vellita Siem Reap is a full-time, on-site position based in Siem Reap. The role is responsible for managing the hotel’s online presence across booking platforms, the official website, and Day-to-day responsibilities include updating room rates and availability, monitoring online travel agency (OTA) performance, optimizing content and promotions, and ensuring accurate information across all digital channels. The role also involves analyzing online sales data, managing online reputation through review responses, coordinating with sales and marketing, and supporting digital campaigns to drive revenue. Collaboration with the front office and reservations teams is essential to maintain smooth booking processes and consistent guest communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in e-commerce management, including OTA administration, rate and inventory management, and online distribution strategies.
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems, channel managers, and PMS tools, along with solid data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages, especially Khmer, are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple online channels in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hotel e-commerce, revenue management, or sales & marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a guest-focused mindset
