Responsibility
- Maintaining day-to-day e-commerce activities (product listings, inventory, pricing, ads, campaigns)
- Developing sales strategies for each ecommerce platforms
- Maintaining good relationship with customers and external partners
- Analyzing current market trends and competitors
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise in the e-commerce process
- Responsible for identifying, reaching out, and negotiating with KOLs (micro to macro)
- Responsible for maintaining Ads
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of experience in marketplaces (Tiktok/Tokopedia, Shopee)
- Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (Ads, Live, Affiliates)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic design skill (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience in the fashion industry
