Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Johor Bahru, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize listings and promotions across online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory visibility. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance and customer behavior, analyzing data to improve conversion rates, and coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with operational capacity. The role also involves handling customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries, collaborating with the operations team to resolve issues, and supporting integrations with partner platforms and tools. The Ecommerce Specialist will contribute to the development of online sales strategies, assist with content updates on product pages, and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or web stores and driving revenue growth.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and basic understanding of digital tools or integrations.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to collaborate effectively both on-site in Johor Bahru and remotely.
  • Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or related ecommerce operations is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
