The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are offering full-time, paid internships to highly motivated and committed graduates wishing to build upon their collegeeducationwith practical professional experience in thefast-paced,results-drivenworld of the National Football League.
Participants are given theunique opportunityto contribute to the organization’s success while receiving an unparalleled, behind-the-scenes learning experience. The program is comprised of a comprehensive and flexible strategy that allows recent graduates to build upon their educational foundation in order to define, evaluate and achieve a variety of career-related objectives.
Interns are placed within a specific department and encouraged to explore all aspects of the business of professional football through various outreach programs, networking events, and via our Internship Learning Series. Interns will learn from and establish relationships with team executives that will benefit their lives both personally and professionally.
This is an hourly position starting July 14, 2025, through June 26, 2026.Interns are expected to commit to the full term of the internship.

Core Functions
Assist with the implementation of the annual marketing activation plan for assigned programs with a focus on growing the fan base and enhancing the overall fan experience
Provide support to the brand team with campaign execution, fan development & engagement tactics and year-round merchandise plans
Conduct marketing research and planning for local outreach and activations
Assist with branding activations and initiatives
Support coordination of influencer marketing partnerships and programs
Collect and compile data on our programs and consolidate it into recaps, reports, and presentations
Coordinate the tracking, execution and fulfillment of team contests and prizing
Serve in a marketing support role for the Social Media team
Assist with basic office organization and administrative duties, which include budget tracking, invoice processing,inventory management, etc.
Assist the Fan Engagement Coordinator with researching local events and scheduling the Street Team employees for appearances at said events
Help with setup, and loading of Street Team assets and vehicles, attend and monitor the Street Team at appearances
