**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Manager to join our team. The Employee Manager will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and implement effective strategies to develop talent within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
– Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. **Performance Management:**
– Implement and maintain performance evaluation systems that align with company goals.
– Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues, including coaching and development plans.
3. **Employee Relations:**
– Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, and inquiries.
– Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
4. **Training and Development:**
– Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
– Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
5. **Policy and Compliance:**
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures as necessary.
6. **Data Management:**
– Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
– Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
7. **Employee Engagement:**
– Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
– Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement changes based on results.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 experience in human resources or employee management.
– Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must love dogs and be able to work in a dog training environment.
