Job Summary:
The Employee Relations Business Partner will work closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager and the Vice President Human Resources to support and drive human capital strategy and initiatives. Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of Human Resources programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term Human Resources needs and trends.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages, investigates, and provides solutions for employee relations opportunities. Provides coaching and feedback to managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Manages the implementation and administration of engagement programs and activities. Evaluates their success based on projected performance outcomes.
Assists with administration and ensures compliance with leave policies, including FMLA, ADA, and other relevant laws.
Provides guidance and support to employees and managers regarding leave matters.
Interprets HR policy and practices, providing expertise and guidance on various HR matters.
Stays informed on industry trends and all federal and state employment laws and regulations, making policy and program change recommendations.
Solves complex problems independently, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising sound judgment based on analyzing multiple sources of information.
Assists with performance management and employee development programs.
Facilitates and manages the learning management system and all training modules.
Delivers training related to Human Resources.
Oversees and facilitates the New Hire orientation.
Assists with managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and succession planning.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
4-6 years of Experience in healthcare/related field preferred.
SHRM certified a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for most of the workday.
Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.
Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.
Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork.
Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.
