Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between employees and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in employee relations, compliance with FMLA regulations, and proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and Dayforce.
Duties
Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with organizational goals.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with senior leadership to address employee issues and enhance workplace culture.
Conduct interviews and investigations related to employee complaints or disputes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA.
Manage human capital management processes to support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Utilize HR software tools such as Paychex and Dayforce for efficient management of employee data.
Provide training and guidance to managers on effective employee relations practices.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, and relevant legislation (FMLA).
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or Paychex is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Experience in interviewing techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to drive organizational success.

Pay: $60,343.00 – $89,322.00 per year
