Job Description

Administrative and Coordination Responsibilities

Execute all clerical duties as assigned with utmost precision and efficiency

Meticulously receive, document, distribute, and follow up on all work requests in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Establish and maintain a comprehensive and effective filing system for all departmental documentation

Diligently prepare daily and weekly timesheets for engineering management approval

Promptly coordinate and inform engineering management of any service disruptions, regardless of nature or scale

Actively participate in pre-planning and attend daily engineering staff briefings

Rigorously assist with purchasing, inventory management, and issuance of spare parts

Accurately document and issue preventative maintenance work orders

Critical Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Strictly adhere to all hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as mandated by management

Report for duty punctually, wearing a clean and complete uniform at all times

Consistently maintain an exemplary standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Execute any additional duties as assigned by the Management of the Hotel with diligence and professionalism

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 yearof professional experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication abilities
