What You'll Do
As an English Customer Care, you will assist customers with cross-border logistics and shipment-related inquiries. This role focuses on delivery and logistics support, not product sales or e-commerce selling.
Your responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Email, Phone, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
- Assist customers by providing updates on shipment status, delivery progress, delays, lost packages, damaged items, and other logistics-related concerns.
- Investigate customer issues using internal systems and coordinate the appropriate resolution based on company procedures.
- Process claims, re-delivery requests, and other after-sales support related to shipping services.
- Accurately document every customer interaction and update case statuses in the internal system.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically while helping customers resolve their concerns.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service performance standards.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and quality reviews.
Work Channel Assignment
This project supports multiple customer service channels (Email and Voice/Call Center).
Channel assignments are determined based on your English communication assessment and interview performance during the recruitment process, as well as business needs. Applicants will not choose their preferred channel.
Please note:
- Email Support primarily requires strong English reading and writing skills.
- Voice/Call Center Support requires spoken English communication and will primarily follow EST working hours, meaning night shifts may be assigned.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Logistics, E-commerce, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above (reading, writing, listening, and speaking), which will be assessed during the recruitment process.
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to rotational shift schedules.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) at TPID Yogyakarta.
- Open to relocation if currently living outside Yogyakarta.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Available to start by the end of July 2026.
