IDR is looking for an entry-level office coordinator AKA ‘Branch Coordinator’ to join our team in Addison, Tx. This role is the perfect combination of administrative support, event planning, managing/organizing our office, and so much more! We’re seeking someone who is looking to jump-start their career, work hard, and learn new skills!

Job Responsibilities:
Operational / Administrative Support
Track progress toward monthly and quarterly goals/communication to the team
Manage local timecards and PTO
Handle office mail and shipping
Book branch travel
Maintain the master office calendar
Give Backs
Proactively provide ideas for Give Back/Service opportunities
Drive engagement and participation
Technology
Act as liaison between our technology vendor and employees for escalated issues
Ensure the office has backup IT equipment ex: mice, monitors, laptops, etc.
Assist in formatting resumes – specifically editing PDFs

Be a great cheerleader!
Come up with team building/bonding ideas
Community Involvement / Awards
Stay up to date with local awards (Best Places to Work, Women in Staffing, etc.) and enter IDR as a nominee
Office Management
Ensure office supplies are stocked up
Coordinate with maintenance and property management
Keep the office tidy and organized
Events
Buy treats and decorate desks for employee Birthdays and work Anniversaries
Track employee promotions/milestones and plan celebrations
Plan out-of-office celebrations, happy hours, team-building events, etc.
Cater lunches for office lunch and learns, team meetings, etc.
Assist in companywide event planning
Social Media
Take pictures at events and in the office for IDR’s socials
Collaborate with marketing department
Career Fairs
Print flyers
Order merch
Coordinate supplies and travel with Corporate Recruiters
Preparing for New Employees
Work with team/IT to ensure we have working technology
Set up new hire desks
Orientation on first day
