What You’ll Learn & Do
You’ll be trained to support residential and commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Preparing and organizing closing documents
- Drafting basic contracts and correspondence
- Pre? and post?closing work for real estate and bank closings
- Title review assistance
- Data entry and file management
- Communicating with clients, lenders, attorneys, and brokers
- General administrative and office support
- Using Microsoft Office and the firm’s internal systems
