PT Susanti Megah is now looking for an Event & Promotion Staff who wants to join our team and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event, exhibition, roadshow, sponsorship, and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.
- Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
- Prepare and manage promotional materials, communication assets, product displays, and other marketing support tools for both online and offline activities.
- Execute in-store promotional programs and support merchandising activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and promotional activities, maintain relationships with external partners, and provide innovative ideas based on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Marketing, Promotion, or a related role (preferably in FMCG or retail industries).
- Creative, proactive, with strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to manage multiple projects, work independently or in a team, and willing to travel for events and promotional activities when required.
