ROLE PURPOSE:

Executive Administration is responsible for all Government Related Subjects, Employee self-services, prepare official letters, Visa processing, Handling car & medical insurance and Hotel reservation process in line with the company’s policy, attracting and hire qualified candidates,

coordination and delivery of key HR services and employee relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Result Area: Operation & GR

– Registration in all the government platforms such as Ministry of Labor, Qiwa, Mudad,

Muqeem, Social Insurance.

– Working as an account manager in Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Social Insurance, and E-

services for the ministry of Human Resource.

– Assisting the administration department in medical insurances for Unified Building For Construction Employees.

– Communicating and working along the other departments for any subject related to the establishment of the company.

Key Result Area: Human Resource

– Maintains Saudization targets as planned and reporting the percentage on monthly basis

– To execute any task related to Human Resource requested by the management.

Key Result Area: Admin

– Oversee processing of payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, raises and system upgrades.

– Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams to resolve any issues and answer payroll – related questions.

– Process and follow up car and medical insurance requests that comes internally and externally.

– Implements all employee relation services, and ensures it is properly communicated to all individuals within all departments.

– Process and review the attendance sheets before circulating to all employee on monthly basis and ensure its accurate.

– Arrange for the leased car, subject to a maximum monthly lease rent according to the company’s car loan policy.

– To coordinate with different travel agencies to get the best quotations for flight tickets.

– To establish new relations with different local and international hotels to get the best quality with moderate cost.

– To execute any task related to administration requested by the management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

– 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience with focus on Government websites, and Operations.

– Real Estate industry experience preferred.

Knowledge:

– Knowledge of Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa and related government programs

– Knowledge and understanding of employees medical insurance

– Strong Management skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
