Fakir Technologies Ltd. is looking for a competent, detail-oriented Admin Associate to support and streamline our administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office coordination, efficient resource management, and compliance with organizational policies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage office vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and driver supervision
• Provide project-related admin support (travel, logistics, procurement, billing)
• Oversee procurement of administrative supplies, IT equipment, and stationery
• Process monthly bills (rent, fuel, overtime, TA/DA, utilities)
• Coordinate domestic & international travel (visa, accommodation, logistics)
• Supervise support staff and ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle logistics and manpower support for deliveries and movement
• Maintain inventory and distribute office supplies
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required
• Maintain legal documents, licenses, and renewals
• Review and verify administrative bills for payment
🔹 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
• Experience in vehicle management, logistics, and travel coordination preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
