Position Summary

Executive Assistant will report to the CEO and support the Founding Principal and Director.

Responsibilities:

●       Availability during traditional office hours

●       Managing their employers’ professional and personal calendars

●       Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments

●       Coordinating vendors for professional and personal services

●       Coordinating travel and logistics for trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports

●       Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

●       Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion

●       Overseeing office management

●       Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners

●       Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress

●       Lead organization efforts for the company

Qualifications:

●       Three or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management

●       Responsive and proactive

●       Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

●       Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

●       Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

●       Proactively shares thoughts and ideas to create or improve processes

●       Google workplace experience

●       Monday project management/CRM experience

Compensation:[

●       Salary of $70,000- $80,000 per year based on experience

●       Performance based bonus

●       Excellent benefits package comparable to larger companies
