This Executive Administrative Assistant position serves as a trusted partner to multiple Human Resources Directors, ensuring priorities remain aligned and critical business operations run efficiently. You will manage executive schedules, coordinate key activities, support organizational initiatives, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Your contributions will directly support leadership effectiveness and the success of the broader Human Resources organization.

What You Will Be Doing

You will support Human Resources leadership by ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently while helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple executives, teams, and stakeholders
  • Arrange business travel and process expense reports accurately and on schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics that support organizational effectiveness
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information
  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources leadership and departmental activities
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of priorities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and internal systems to manage workflows, documentation, and communications
  • Support special projects and initiatives that advance organizational goals and continuous improvement efforts
