About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position requires the candidate to support multiple members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be technologically adept, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining daily operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in private equity–backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently with minimal oversight
- Experience in large-scale event planning and coordination
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and functions
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple ELT members, including C-suite executives
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations for executives
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
- Assist with executive expense management, including processing invoices and payments
- Draft, review, and respond to executive correspondence and emails on behalf of leadership
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs, proactively identify issues, and resolve problems before escalation
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication
- Organize internal and external meetings and events, managing logistics such as venue, catering, transportation, and itineraries
- Assist with large-scale event planning and execution to ensure seamless experiences
