Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external appointments.
  • Arrange end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and related administrative support.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and visitors to ensure an efficient and professional communication flow.
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the VP’s office.

Qualifications Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders (VP level or above) in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and last-minute changes with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support the VP, including occasional regional or international travel.
