An “Executive Assistant “for immediate hiring as per the below details:
– Fluent English “spoken & written”.
– +3 years’ experience in real estates and property management field.
– Microsoft office knowledge is a must.
– Currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate.
– General administrative and clerical support.
– Writing and replying on emails after getting approval from Direct/General managers.
– Prepare letters, quotations & property management agreements.
– Send renewal notice, legal notice & quotations for tenants when requested.
– Updating visa & passport renewal list of all staff & following up with PRO for renewal.
– Getting quotations from suppliers for (Civil defense, Elevators, General maint., Ac maint., Property insurance, CCTV system,,,,,,,,,, etc).
– Handle company website & advertisements.
– Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
– Organize & attend meetings and keep MOM.
– Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
– Generally providing administrative support to all departments as and when required.
– Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.
