Responsibilities

Oversee calendar meetings for stakeholders across multiple time zones

Manage conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, and meeting materials

Create, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details

Monitor and process employee expenses and travel claims in accordance with policy

Analyze key contact lists and data entry

Provide and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required

4+ years of administrative experience

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Concur
