The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management. This is a fixed term contract position.
PA Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in providing high-level administrative support. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing executive schedules and reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and itineraries.
Plan and oversee meetings, events, and conferences, managing logistics, invitations, and resource availability.
Handle high pressure situations, whether through last-minute changes or urgent tasks, the executive assistant’s ability to step up and handle those situations efficiently.
Provide confidential administrative support, including transcribing minutes, and managing sensitive information.
Manage personal and corporate tasks for the Executive with professionalism and discretion.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively find solutions to ensure seamless operations.
HR & Recruitment Responsibilities
Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple systems and databases.
