Title: Executive Assistant
Company: West State Electrics
Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia
About West State Electrics
West State Electrics is a leading solar and battery company delivering high-quality solutions across commercial, industrial and residential sectors. With a reputation built on expertise, reliability and a commitment to getting the job done right, our team takes pride in the work we do — from large-scale infrastructure projects to precision installations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for exceptional support talent to keep our leadership team firing on all cylinders.
About the role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive executive assistant to support three senior directors across a busy 3-month contract. This is a part-time position designed to fit school hours (9am–2pm), making it ideal for a skilled EA looking for flexible, meaningful work.
You'll be a trusted right hand — keeping diaries running smoothly, managing communications, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across three distinct workstreams.
What you'll be doing
Diary and calendar management across 3 directors.
Inbox management, drafting and triaging emails on behalf of directors.
Travel coordination — flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries.
Preparing presentations, briefing notes and board-ready documents.
Expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Taking minutes and following up on actions from key meetings.
Liaison with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
Ad hoc research, admin support and special projects.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or PA, ideally supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in the renewable sector is desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Confident working across a range of platforms and software.
- Technically adaptable with strong digital literacy.
- Comfortable picking up new systems and software quickly.
- Discreet, reliable and calm under pressure
- Available to start promptly — this role hits the ground running
- Available to work in the Bibra Lake office – this is not a hybrid role.
Why this role?
- Hours designed to fit around school drop-off and pick-up
- Variety — three directors means no two days are the same
- Immediate start, with potential to extend beyond the 3-month contract
- Work with a senior, dynamic leadership team at a well-established business
