EA to CEO / Director – Communicator and Stakeholder ManagementVacancy MumbaiRole And ResponsibilitiesAn exceptional networker, communicator and thinker, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategy and operational plan to engage key external stakeholders. You will identify and build relationships with key external stakeholders, be their first port of call and define the best ways to communicate with them across all a range of platforms to achieve awareness and build reputation. You will also identify and work with key internal stakeholders.

Highly organised and calm under pressure, you will lead on delivering plans and projects in a timely fashion and adhoc needs are managed with a clear sense of prioritisation, are brand led and of a high quality. Able to deal with staff and stakeholders at all levels, you will ensure that our overall reputation and profile is enhanced, developing new plans to showcase our current and emerging strengths to drive reputation in the sector and our business.

Stake holder engagementWorking closely with the Director, manage engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the scale of the project) project stakeholders across local authorities, Central Government, statutory and non-statutory bodies (including environment & technical organisations), industry & business, land & property, communities and other parties to establish strong working relationships

stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries

Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team and the PMO (project management office)

Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders

Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales

Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking and production of reports

Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database

Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress

Provide input into weekly/monthly reports for PMO and Project Board

Attend Stakeholder Engagement Working Group and expedite actions arising

Events Management

Manage the delivery of a calendar of large and specific events, including regular project meetings and project time plans with all stakeholders

Manage the allocated events budget and produce different budget options and track spending

Advise and ensure all health and safety, risk management procedures are up to date and adhered to

Communications and Content writing

Public Affairs and Community Relations

Responsible for strengthening awareness of public affairs activity

On hand to deliver crisis management when required

Manage and support communications and stakeholder management with the media, Parliamentarians, Government Departments and the public.
