About the Role:

Are you an organised and proactive professional with a knack for managing complex schedules and enhancing communication? Join c2c as an Executive Assistant, where you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to our Managing Director and Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office, allowing our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary Management: Efficiently coordinate schedules and prioritise meetings for the Managing Director and senior leaders.

Communication: Establish daily reviews, flag high-priority items, and prepare brief summaries for the MD.

Documentation: Draft presentations, reports, letters, and monthly board reports.

Meeting Preparation: Provide checklists with required materials, action items, and updates.

Team Coordination: Manage logistics and assist with strategic priorities within the Executive team.

Financial Tasks: Process expenses, create purchase orders, and manage invoices.

Event Organization: Organise team events and meetings, handling invitations, agendas, and arrangements.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange hotel accommodations, external meeting facilities, and business travel.

Office Duties: Handle ad hoc tasks such as booking meeting rooms, procuring office supplies, and arranging post and courier services.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Around 2-3 years in an Executive Assistant or PA role

Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, excellent written and oral communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Attributes: Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels, manage time-sensitive duties independently, and handle confidential information discreetly.

What we offer:

Salary – £40,000
