Immediate Need for an Executive Assistant with Quickbooks in Fort Worth, Texas
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Executive support for the CEO, including scheduling of meetings, making travel arrangements, and processing of various reports.
Maintaining an existing system of files
Proofreading documents
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a receptionist, office manager, and/or an executive assistant.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to resolve customer service and administrative issues.
Must be very polished and professional.
