Location: Houston, TX | Schedule: In-Person, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Growth Potential & Benefits

As our Executive Assistant, you’ll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of a company on the rise—and play a vital role in keeping the engine running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and priorities
Support leadership meetings: prep materials, take notes, follow up on action items
Help coordinate office logistics and assist with internal communication and team support
Jump in wherever needed—we’re a collaborative crew that values initiative
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of executive or administrative support is ideal
Strong organization and communication skills
A proactive mindset—you’re already solving problems before anyone asks
Confidence working directly with leadership in a growing company
Someone who brings calm, clarity, and a great attitude to the table every day
