Our client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company based in Miami, building a high-impact team to shape the future of our industry. They are looking for a highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure a productive and well-supported workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including layout, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

Administrative Tasks: Organize files, prepare reports/presentations, and coordinate schedules and travel.

Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery.

Data & Reporting: Utilize Excel for data organization, analysis, and creating reports using formulas and pivot tables.

Support Functions: Handle finance tasks like budgeting and invoicing, support HR activities, and ensure policy and safety compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in office administration or management.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions.

Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.

Clear verbal and written communication, with ability to liaise at all levels.

Familiarity with basic accounting, HR support, and ability to work both independently and within teams.

Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts will be advantageous
