Milk & Honey Ranch is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support our Founder in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ranch. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can juggle multiple priorities—from managing staff communication and schedules to helping coordinate events, streamline operations, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.

Specific Skills
Previous experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or project coordinator
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly adaptable and able to shift between tasks and priorities quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
Tech-savvy and able to manage digital tools (Google Workspace, project trackers, etc.)
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and discretion
Weekend availability
Responsible For
Serve as a right hand to the Founder—organizing tasks, calendars, priorities, and follow-ups
Coordinate across all departments including hospitality, events, café, spa, animal care, and guest services
Help manage staff schedules, assist with onboarding and internal communication
Support in the planning and execution of events, retreats, and seasonal programming
Draft emails, respond to messages, and assist with various administrative needs
Keep track of deadlines, vendor coordination, and internal initiatives
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to reduce decision fatigue for the Founder
Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
