Core4ce is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert administrative and office management support to our government client.

Responsibilities

Records Management Support: Develop and maintain an effective electronic and paper filing system that complies with Department regulations, manage record retention and destruction, and ensure proper disposition and transfer of records to the National Archives.

Correspondence Support: Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including developing distribution lists, tracking mail, and preparing correspondence in accordance with DoD guidelines.

Office Support and Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, phone handling, security clearance support, preparing briefing materials, managing office supplies, and assisting with staff packages and protocol support

Report and Database Management: Maintain regular reports, dashboards, and personnel data, ensuring timely updates and coordination of SOPs.

Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements in DTS, including preparation of travel documents, visas, and other requirements, working with embassies and handling executive travel correspondence.

Task and Tracking Management: Utilize task management systems to track actions, coordinate staff packages, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Award and Performance Evaluation Support: Manage the awards program, ensuring submission accuracy and tracking the status of awards packages.

Augmentee Program Support: Handle administrative support for staff augmentee program applications, track clearances, and ensure all related documentation is completed.

Requirements

Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Recent experience (within 2 years) on Service, Joint, or OSD Staff

Proficiency in records management, filing, archiving, correspondence control, task tracking, electronic initiatives, and executive administrative support

Experience with DTS, CATMS, or other government task tracking systems

Ability to schedule and troubleshoot VTCs and other IT services and devices.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus 12 years of administrative experience or 15 years of military operational service
